Mike Ogilvie - President

Mike Ogilvie is President and founder of Pendulum, Inc. and has over nine years experience in the field, in both the Washington D.C. and Richmond regions. He is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) with extensive experience in analyzing business solutions, system architecture, SQL Server development, web application development in ASP.NET, and client/server development in a variety of platforms. Mike earned a B.S. degree from James Madison University.

Tommy Chandler - Microsoft Developer

Tommy Chandler brings over ten years experience in development and consulting. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) with experience in design and development using SQL Server, Visual Basic, Visual Basic for Applications, Access, and Crystal Reports. Tommy earned a B.S. degree from Longwood College.
